Technology
Pass-through spray cleaning facilities for aqueous media are preferably suited for inline part cleaning in manufacturing processes. From simple designs to intermediate cleaning and extending to complex multistage final cleaning facilities, the systems can be individually matched to your particular performance requirement.
The transport of the components is effected likewise in a customised manner either on chain track belts, take-up prisms or in baskets on transport chains. A configuration also is possible that involves overhead conveying devices as well as the take-over of washable pallets from previous processing stages onto the transport system of the cleaning facility.
Apart from the pure spray application immersion lines with ultrasonic cleaning are also available for corresponding component geometries. For clocked operated facilities, movable spray nozzles can be employed via lancing techniques for targeted cleaning of bores. If facilities are charged with baskets or transport pallets, vacuum drying also can be integrated. Bath conditioning is effected as required using filters for particle separation, oil separators to protect the cleaning blades and evaporators or complete demineralisation recirculation facilities as part of rinsing bath care.
