Our custom solvent cleaners possess a wide range of capabilities including the use of ultrasound waves, pressure flooding, vapor degreasing, rust preventive application and vacuums that allow for drying. It is standard for these custom sized machines to run on chlorinated solvents, hydro-carbons and modified alcohols.
A variety of special applications include, but are not limited to, cleaning tube bundles up to 16 feet in length, medical instruments, devices with small diameter tubes, gears, heat exchangers, and circuit boards. These may be executed using automation and robotics. To do so, de-watering and de-magnetizing barcode scanning along with special part carrying trays/baskets identify tasks to be automatically executed.
Each custom solvent cleaner regenerates the solvent to keep cleaning results consistently at the best possible level.
