Trays & Pins
Flexible, re-usable and customizable workpiece carriers, which can be used for automated pick-and-place, degreasing and passivation. The special developed materials allow the pins to avoid metal to metal contact and ensure the best results also for the cleaning and degreasing process. Due to its standardized designs, pins can be re-configured on new base plates and adapted easily for new parts. There is a wide selection of pins available, custom pins can also be designed. The specific materials used avoid any aging or deterioration of the pins or trays to exceed the cleanliness requirements continuously for years.
